We're Charmaine and Antony — and Bare Health started the way most good ideas do. Not in a boardroom, but in real life.

We met behind a pharmacy counter. Charmaine was on the dispensary side, watching people come in day after day looking for something to help them feel better. Antony had spent over a decade working across natural health, biotech and wellness brands, helping people find supplements that actually made a difference.

What we kept seeing, over and over, was the same problem. People who genuinely wanted to look after their health but were overwhelmed by the options, confused by the labels, and skeptical about whether any of it actually worked.

So we decided to do something about it.

We didn't want to create another supplement brand with 50 products, complicated stacks and marketing that promised the world.

We wanted the opposite.
