Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99 a small shipping fee applies, shown at checkout. We also offer Afterpay so you can spread the cost.

Where do you ship from?

Straight to you from our warehouse on the Kāpiti Coast, New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

We ship via NZ Post and NZ Couriers. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on where you are in New Zealand. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Yes we do — rural delivery may take a day or two longer than urban addresses.

How long before I notice a difference?

This varies by product and person, but most customers notice a meaningful difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Supplements work best when taken regularly — think of it like building a foundation rather than a quick fix.

Are your products suitable if I'm on medication? 

We always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before starting any new supplement if you're taking prescription medication. This is especially important for The Night Shift if you're on sedatives or antidepressants.

What makes your ingredients different from cheaper supplements?

Most cheap supplements use inferior ingredient forms that your body struggles to absorb — like magnesium oxide instead of magnesium glycinate, or standard B12 instead of methylcobalamin. We use bioavailable forms throughout our range, meaning your body can actually absorb and use what you're taking. You get more benefit from less.

Where are your products made?

Right here in Aotearoa New Zealand. We work with a trusted Auckland manufacturer who produces supplements for many well-known NZ brands.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes — you can subscribe to any product and save 15% on every order. Your supplements are delivered automatically so you never run out. Cancel or pause anytime, no lock-in, no drama.

Can I take multiple Bare Health products together?

Yes — our products are designed to complement each other. The most popular combination is The Day Shift in the morning, The Calm One with dinner, and The Night Shift before bed. If you're on medication or have a health condition, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional first.

Do you really offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We take our supplements ourselves and give them to our family, so we stand behind every bottle. If you try any product for 30 days and aren't feeling the difference, email us at info@barehealth.co.nz with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

Every product in our range is covered, including bundles and your first subscription order. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product, so if you've bought The Calm One before and reorder, that reorder isn't covered (but anything new to you is).

You don't have to return it, keep it, pass it to a friend, recycle the bottle — whatever works for you. We don't need it returned.

Our 30-day promise sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 — it doesn't replace them.

How long do I have?

30 days from when your order is delivered. That's long enough to give the product a proper go — most people start noticing a shift within 2–3 weeks.

How long does the refund take?

We'll aim to reply within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. If you paid with Afterpay, we'll refund through Afterpay so your future instalments are cancelled.

How do I request a refund?

Email info@barehealth.co.nzwith your order number and a quick note. You don't need to give a reason — though if you're happy to tell us what didn't work, it genuinely helps us make better products.
